Manchester, NH – In the lead-up to the New Hampshire primaries, Congressman Dean Phillips, who represents the third congressional district of Minnesota, held a rally at his campaign headquarters in Manchester, New Hampshire. Andrew Yang, a former 2020 presidential candidate, New York City mayoral candidate, and founder of the Forward Party, joined Phillips during his rally.

Phillips only got 19.6% of the vote in New Hampshire, with President Biden getting 55.2% of the vote through write-ins. This marks the first time Biden won New Hampshire in a presidential primary (he came in 5th in 2020). (Stephen Leverton/The Wash)
